Spiti Valley

Spiti valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas. It is one of the most breathtaking places one can ever visit. This magic land of “Spiti" which literally means "The middle land", i.e. the land between Tibet
and India is full of rich cultural heritage and picturesque landscapes.  


We will start our journey from Shimla and en-route visit  Kinnaur Valley, Pin valley and some of the remotest villages in these regions. We will get a good flavor of local life, local food, traditions and a lot of adventure.

Trip Details


Day 1: Shimla – Narkanda
Arrive in Shimla & local sightseeing
Transfer to Narkanda

Day 2: Sangla (Kinnaur Valley)
Enjoy beautiful lanscapes of Kinnaur Valley
Day 3: Chitkul – Kalpa
Spend time in Chitkul
Enjoy sunrise and sunset at Kalpa
Day 4: Nako – Giu – Tabo
Khab confluence and Visit Nako lake 500-yr old mummy at Giu Village
Day 5: Tabo - Dhankar – Mud Village (Pin Valley)
Visit Tabo monastery and meditation caves
Visit Dhankar monastery and Dhankar caves
Beautiful landscapes of Pin valley Day 6: Kaza – Ki – Kibber
Visit Kibber village

Day 7: Langza – Komic – Hikkim

Cost Inclusions

  • All accommodation on twin sharing basis
  • All local transportation (except bike rentals if any)
  • All breakfasts
  • Reliable trip captain who has travelled extensively across region
  • nner line permits and local taxes if any

Cost Exclusions

  • Lunch and Dinner
  • Shopping and personal expenses if any
  • Any personal gear/clothing
  • Any arrangement not part of the trip arising because of any reason beyond control of trip captain
  • We will take utmost precautions in terms of safety and health of participants however if somebody
  • falls ill we will make arrangements for their early return but they will have to bear all the expenses
  • Anything not specified in the 'Cost Inclusion'

Cancellation Policy

If participant leaves, cancels, withdraws or does not report to the event for any reason, the following charges will apply:

  • 30 or more days prior to the commencement of the program: 25% of the amount paid will be deducted
  • Cancellation between 30 days to 15 days before the commencement of the program: 50% of the amount paid will be deducted
  • Less than 15 days, no refund will be made
